Bacharach Combustion 2.6

The Bacharach Combustion app facilitates the generation and transmission of customizable combustion reports from mobile devices for users of the Fyrite InTech®, Fyrite Insight® Plus, and PCA 400 combustion analyzers. This application is designed to enhance the efficiency of reporting functions and improve user experience.

Key Features:

• QR Code Scanner: Available for Intech, Insight Plus, Monoxor XR, and Monoxor Plus models, this feature allows users to scan a QR code displayed on the analyzer for the immediate creation and transmission of combustion reports.
• Wireless Bluetooth Connectivity: Exclusive to the PCA 400 model, this capability offers real-time access to combustion data on mobile devices, simultaneous data saving to both the app and analyzer memory, and the ability to remotely start or stop the analyzer sampling pump.
• Users can establish customer profiles that include facility and equipment details.
• Test data can be saved and reviewed at any time.
• Reports can be generated in various formats, including PDF, CSV, or XML, using saved test records.
• Reports can be easily sent or shared via email or cloud storage services.
• Up to 10 data records can be incorporated into a single report.
• Users are able to insert comments for each data record in the report.

The Bacharach Combustion app is compatible with the following firmware versions:

• Fyrite InTech® (V1.30 or later)
• Fyrite Insight® Plus (V1.30 or later)
• PCA® 400 (V1.17.4594 or later)
• Monoxor XR
• Monoxor Plus

If your PCA 400 requires a firmware upgrade, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the PCA 400 product page on the Bacharach website (https://www.mybacharach.com/product-view/pca-400/?ref=138).
2. Select “Technical Library” and then click on “Firmware V1.17.4594” to download the .pkg file to your desktop.
3. If not already installed, download the PCA 400 Reporting Software from the same “Technical Library”.
4. Open the PCA 400 Reporting Software and connect your PCA 400 unit via the USB cable provided.
5. Select “Update Instrument” and choose the downloaded .pkg file.
6. The analyzer will display “BOOT”. Wait approximately one minute for the update to complete before using the mobile app.

For upgrading firmware on the Intech or Insight Plus models, please refer to these instructions:

1. Visit Bacharach’s website and locate your analyzer's product page (Intech or Insight Plus).
2. Access “Technical Library” and download “Fyrite® InTech® Firmware Upgrade (v1.30)” zip file.
3. Unzip the file to access upgrade instructions, .pkg file, and necessary “Upgrade Utility” program.
4. Follow the detailed procedure outlined in the firmware upgrade instructions provided in the unzipped folder.
